Inside Rooted Reset, we focus on:

  • rebuilding a supportive relationship with food

  • creating realistic, sustainable habits

  • learning how to listen to your body with curiosity instead of fear

This is often the best place to start if you:

  • feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice

  • want structure without restriction

  • are ready to reset gently and realistically

If you want more personalized insight, the Rooted Strategy Session offers a focused, one-on-one space to zoom out and connect the dots.

These sessions are designed to help you:

  • review symptoms, history, and patterns

  • understand how stress, food, lifestyle, and labs may be connected

  • identify root contributors to how you’re feeling

  • create a clear, realistic path forward

This is not diagnosis or medical treatment.
It is education, pattern recognition, and strategy that is grounded in a functional, whole-person lens.

Rooted Care is for women who want continued guidance after a Rooted Strategy Session.

Support is offered in three tiers, so care can meet you where you are, whether you’re focused on lifestyle foundations or ready for deeper exploration and education.

Rooted Care may include:

  • food relationship work

  • metabolic and hormonal pattern education

  • stress and nervous system support

  • continued functional labs when appropriate
