The Rooted Reset is a 6-week, RN-guided, anti-inflammatory lifestyle reset designed to help women:

  • reduce bloating

  • improve energy and digestion

  • support hormones and blood sugar

  • feel calmer and confident around food again

This is not a diet, detox, or cleanse.

It is a supportive reset that teaches you how to nourish your body in a way that is sustainable!

Who is this for?

This program is designed ​for women who:

  • feel tired, bloated, or "off"

  • are overwhelmed by "advice" online

  • want structure without restriction

  • prefer calm guidance over rigid rules

  • want accountability, not pressure

  • want to eat in a way that supports their body

If you are looking for a weight-loss-only plan, a strict elimination diet, or medical nutrition therapy or diagnosis... then this is not for you.

  • Weekly RN-led anti-inflammatory education and guides

  • Simple meal plan ideas (minimal ingredients and time required) and food frameworks 

  • Access to our Practice Better portal that includes:

    • Food reflection tracker​

    • Water tracker

    • Mood & energy journal

These tools help you notice patterns, not obsess over numbers. They are 100% optional but can help connect the dots surrounding why you are feeling bloated or "off".
